Garlic tablets work as an antibiotic. You need to eat yogurt for a yeast infection. Also there is a tablet called AZO Yeast that works. I would not try home remedies for long because you will go crazy with the itching and burning.
Tea tree oil is very strong, I wouldn’t recommend putting it in a sensitive spot like that, plus I believe it is for external use only. You can try eating yogurt, that will help shorten the length of the infection, but without medication it may last quite a bit. The best thing to do is get medication like monistat, get the more than one day dose pack because theres a higher chance of it coming back if you only use the one day treatment.
To be completely honest, I’m sure there are tons of home remedies for things like this. But in this situation, with something as delicate and important as your genitals, your best bet is just to go to your local drugstore and pick up something like Monistat which will run you around 10-15$ and playing it safe instead of doign something that could potentially damage you, or only soothe the symptoms and not the real issue and leave you with bigger problems.
