Can a candida infection look like herpes?
I heard that the rash might not be herpes it might be a candida infection does anyone have a candida infection that looks like herpes or vice versa cuz i need to know if im contagious

The symptoms could be similar but herpes usually comes with some blisters or open sores. All though if it’s a mild out break of herpes you may not get all of the classic symptoms and it may feel like a bad rash.
Herpes is very contagious while there is an out break. When you don’t have one then you are less contagious but you still have a small risk of passing herpes on.
If you want to know for sure then get the rash tested for herpes by your doctor.
I have herpes but I am not sure whats candida infection. I suggest you go to the doctor! Good luck and take care!
The Candida infection is yeast/thrush its not a rash but with alot white non smelling discharge and is very itchy and can be very sore. So i say you’d wanna go to your Doc just incase you pass it on But just to be sure go as soon as you can. Goodluck.
