    usually tell them to take the same over the counter medicine as women. rub on the cream for the time directed on the label.

    Check out yeast at http://www.hufa.org. I agree with the other answers. If you both don’t get rid of it, then you might give it back to one-another. However, as it is a fungus in our intestines (Candida), you may get it back, even if you are cured, keep clean, and your boyfriend keeps that way, too.
